Kindale’s Person Served Bill of Rights was developed in order to preserve and promote the equality and freedoms of persons served. This bill of rights addresses areas such as availability of services and supports, freedom from abuse, and the right to safety, security and respect.

This Bill of Rights is the foundation for all of Kindale’s services and supports, and reflects input received from Kindale persons served over the years.
