Board of Directors

The Board of Directors guides the work of Kindale Developmental Association, following a Policy Governance model. Kindale is well served by a dedicated, volunteer Board composed of up to ten elected Directors and one or two People’s Representatives.

Director elections are held at Kindale’s Annual General Meeting in July each year. The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Board.
